A Note From Jennifer

JenniferSampou.com is the only place where you can shop the entire SKY Ombré and Chalk & Charcoal collections in one place. Ordering directly from the designer ensures fabric that is carefully curated, accurately represented, and shipped with an expert understanding of color and quilting needs. When consistency, quality, and color matter, shopping direct means working with the most reliable and knowledgeable source available.

Orders are processed on a set shipping schedule and packed by hand with care. While we don’t offer instant fulfillment like large online retailers, we focus on accuracy, quality, and personal attention to every order. We appreciate your patience and your support.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Schedule
We ship orders Tuesday–Thursday each week.
Orders placed outside these days will be processed during the next shipping window.

Please note: we are not a large fulfillment center, and we do not offer same-day or next-day shipping.

Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS. Once your package is scanned by USPS, delivery timelines are determined by the postal service and are outside of our control.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times
USPS delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume can occur, especially during busy seasons.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. Because we sell cut fabric, our return policy is necessarily limited.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and uncut
  • The fabric is in original condition
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Cut fabric that has been washed, cut, or altered
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads (PDF patterns)
  • Custom kits or special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@jennifersampou.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Color & Fabric Variations

Please note:

  • Fabric colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
  • Earlier printings of a fabric collection may differ slightly in color from newer printings. These variations can occur due to changes in dye lots, printing batches, or production timing and are a normal part of fabric manufacturing.
  • Ombré fabrics are intentionally designed with gradual color shifts—variation is part of their beauty

We do our best to photograph fabrics accurately, but minor color differences are not considered defects.

Fabric Care Instructions

Washing 100% Cotton Fabric

  • Wash fabric in cold water. Remove promptly after washing—do not let fabric sit.
  • Separate lights and darks and use a mild detergent. Jennifer prefers Earth Breeze. Avoid bleach.
  • Due to the nature of some ombré fabrics, which blend from light to dark within a single cut, we recommend using a color catcher to absorb any excess pigment during washing. Jennifer prefers Eco-Clean Dye & Dirt Catcher.
  • Tumble dry on a warm setting.
